We can’t help with your patience, but we can help burn up some of that energy!

We are launching our first ever Little Ninjas program on ----DATE---. It is a XXX week introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).

What is BJJ, and why should your kids try it?

BJJ is a martial art focused on grappling and ground control with emphasis on controlling an opponent or attacker. This is a HUGE advantage for smaller kid!

No matter you reason for getting your child into BJJ, they will receive all of the physical, cognitive, social benefits, and just as importantly, they will be able to defend themselves.
