Alex Tyler
Muay Thai and Fitness Kickboxing Coach
Alex’s started training after a long period of looking at martial arts from the outside, too shy and scared to make the jump from being a fan of martial arts to beginning training of his own. Now, after training for 3 years, he says he has found confidence in himself which he attributes directly to his journey in Muay Thai. His ultimate goal is to continue fighting, and teaching Muay Thai, and to pass that same confidence on to others. Alex has trained and fought in Thailand. He trained at well-known camps such as Lana Kiat Busaba Muay Thai, in Chiang Mai, and Sinbi Muay Thai (former training camp of the famous Saenchai) in Phuket.

"BJJ is hand down the best art to practice. In every
other martial art, being flat on the ground is the
worst thing possible. In BJJ it's where the fun begins"
